The system is composed of a scanning bracket and a control collection hanging box. The scanning bracket is a guide rail that drives the near infrared moisture meter to laterally scan and collect data on the compound machine or coating machine; the control collection hanging box is responsible for controlling the mobile guide rail to move according to the settings. And collect the moisture data of the near-infrared moisture meter, the interface is equipped with multi-point data, curves, bitmaps, historical data and other functions.
The system software uses a multi-point dedicated measurement software that can display both numeric values, high and low bar graphs, curve graphs, historical data tables and other functions. When the measured value exceeds the tolerance range, it will generate a digital signal and immediately alarm.
